This is a six week course starting on 9th January 2026 at 19.00 - 21.00


Looking for change and personal growth? Want to find some stillness in this turbulent world?

Then come and join our course!


You will learn about some of the core teachings of Buddhism and how to meditate using two different meditation techniques. Meditation helps us to transform our lives: The Mindfulness of Breathing meditation is an effective way to calm the mind and Metta Bhavana (Loving Kindness Meditation) helps us cultivate positive emotion for ourselves and others. Join us in helping to create harmony in the world and in our own mental states.
